At the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University were held the traditional Akseleu readings “Akseleu Seidimbek and the country's independence”, dedicated to the birthday of the famous Kazakh professor Akseleu Seydimbek.
The online event was organized by the "Kozkaras" club under the leadership of the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science Gulzhaukhar Zhambylovna Bolatova.
Prominent public figures, scientists and historians, relatives and son of Akseleu Seydimbek Yernar Akseleuuly, university students and representatives of school-lyceum # 80 of Shymkent took part in the traditional Akseleu readings. The dean of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University Kairat Sak Omirbaevich opened and hosted the event.
Deputy Dean Gulzhaukhar Zhambylovna also spoke about the life of the writer and the scientific activities of Akseleu Seydimbek. This traditional event will be continued in the future for the 80th anniversary of Akseleu Seidimbek.
