November 3, 2018 at the Department of Political Science of the Eurasian University. L.N. Gumilyov held an open lecture on the theme "The system of personnel management."
The invited lecturer was a leading HR specialist, with more than 10 years experience in Kazakhstan and foreign organizations, a graduate of the Robert Gordon University in Scotland, a master in personnel management Marat Alisov. The lecture was organized by Dr. Phd Tyulebekova Dolores, a lecturer at the Department of Political Science.
During the lecture on real-life cases, various aspects of personnel management from historical development to specific tasks of the company's HR service were considered.
Participation was attended by the teaching staff of the department, students of 2, 3 and 4 courses. The meeting was held in a friendly atmosphere, and the speaker’s professional experience allowed the guys to ask all their questions.
