The Department of Teleradio and Public Relations of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University together with "QAZAQ RADIOLARY" LLP is holding an international scientific and practical online conference "Century-old Radio and the phenomenon of Akhmet Baitursynov" in connection with the 100th anniversary of the Kazakh Radio.
The purpose of the conference is to understand the age-old history of Kazakh radio, which has become a kind of national mouthpiece, support Kazakh radio, scientific assessment of the nature of radio and its role in society, and determine the vectors of future development.
