On November 22, 2018, the 2nd year student of the specialty "Public Relations" of the Department of Television and Radio, Shinzhirkhan Sulutai, conducted a lecture on "Lee Kuan Yew: Singapore, the third from the Third World" to students of the KB 33 group.
