The manager of department of political science of ENU of L.N. Gumileva Nechayeva E.L. as a part of the Kazakhstan delegation I have taken part in work of the III congress of the Russian society of political scientists which has taken place on September 10-12, 2018 in Moscow on the basis of faculty of political science of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
The congress subject "Political education in modern Russia and in the world" has attracted interest of huge number of scientists and experts – more than 500 participants from various countries of the world have presented the performances within work of section meetings and round tables.
Reports on tasks and priorities of political science in modern realities at a plenary session of a congress were made by the rector of Lomonosov Moscow State University, the academician V.A. Sadovnichiy, the First Deputy Chief of the Russian President's Executive Office S.V. Kiriyenko, the chairman of Russian Central Election Commission E.A. Pamfilova, cochairmen of the Russian society of political scientists: dean of faculty of political science of Lomonosov Moscow State University A.Yu. Shutov, rector of the Leningrad state university of A.S. Pushkin S.G. Yeremeyev and head of the department of state policy of faculty of political science of MSU V.I. Yakunin.
Issues of development of political science, her influence on formation and development of civil identity, modern approaches in studying and teaching world politics and the international relations, political psychology and political sociology, educational policy on the Euroasian space and many others were discussed at a congress.
Professor Nechayeva E.L. I have made the report on "A problem of development of high school political science: experience of Kazakhstan" in the section "Foreign Experience of Political Education". In the performance she has noted dynamic changes which happen in the system of the higher education in Kazakhstan today, and has designated the main problems and the directions of development of political science in modern higher education institution.
