RESEARCH ACTIVITIES OF DEPARTMENT OF POLITICAL SCIENCE
The Department of Political Science conducts research activities in the following areas: political institutions and political processes in the modern world and the Republic of Kazakhstan, ethnopolitical processes, interethnic and inter-confessional tolerance, social policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan, international and national security problems.
All scientific researches conducted at the Department are devoted to topical problems of political science and are conducted under the scientific supervision of PhDs and leading scientists in the following areas:
• Political institutions and political processes (Askeeva G.B., Kopezhanova D.E.)
• Problems of international and national security (Nurtazina R.A., Nechaeva E.L., Tulebaeva M.K.)
• Interethnic and interconfessional tolerance (Onuchko M.U., Gabdulina B.A., Bulegenova B.B.)
• The social policy of Kazakhstan ( Nurtazina R.A., Imakova G.U.)
• Integration processes of Kazakhstan in conditions of globalization (Duisembekova M.K.)
• Innovative technologies in political science (Zhanpeisova K.D.)
