Lectures of the Polish doctoral master Lukas of Tsymbalyuk

Department of Political Science is actively working on international cooperation with many foreign Universities. On an annual basis, the Department come to study and train students and masters from different countries.
This time the Polish doctoral student Lukasz Tsymbalyuk came for a week internship under the program NAWA, approved for the exchange of research potential between foreign universities and universities in Poland, for an internship at the Department of "political Science" of the Faculty of journalism and political science.
In order to exchange scientific views, open lectures on "Populism in Europe" and "Bitcoin – the political consequences of using cryptocurrency" in English were held.
In the framework of the lectures there was a heated discussion about the need for legalization or rejection of electronic money, the threat and prospects of their use. During the discussion of populism trends in European countries, political science students talked about the party system of Kazakhstan and the upcoming elections. Many questions concerned the lecturer Lukasz Tsymbalyuk: his scientific activity, professional interests, political situation in Poland.
The lecture was attended by undergraduate students, undergraduates, doctoral students and teachers of the Department of political Science.
The meeting was held in a friendly atmosphere, combined with constructive work and dialogue.
