On November 22, 2021, Abilkhan Togzhan, a second year Master’s student majoring in Political Science at the Department of Political Science and Journalism, held an open class on the topic "Mediation and Negotiations as a Way of Conflict Resolution." Her Teaching practice advisor is Tulebaeva Meruert Kenzhebaevna, PhD. During the class, group methods and innovative methods of teaching were used. The students were divided into 2 groups and answered the quiz questions. Questions, prepared in the form of flashcards, were asked to test the students' proficiency in the topic. The lesson was summed up, and the new information was consolidated through playing Kahoot. The students were very active during the lesson, which made the lesson interesting and interactive. Zhansautova Aliya Tursynbekovna, senior lecturer of the Department of Political Science, attended the lesson and noted that it was conducted at a very high level.
