80 best students of the country won the prestigious scholarship of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy, among which a second-year Master’s student of the Department of Political Science Nurzhan Bolatuly. The winners were awarded at the Turan University in Almaty.
A total of 500 applications were submitted from all regions of Kazakhstan. Contestants must have not only good academic performance, but also be active in the scientific and creative life of their school.
