Scientific-research internship of a doctoral student of the specialty "Political Science" at the University of Warsaw (Poland)

Doctoral student PhD the 3rd year of grade in the specialty 6D050200 - "Political Science" Adil Upabekov (scientific supervisor, Candidate of Political Science (equiv. Ph.D.), Professor Nechayeva E.L.) from November 30, 2017 to February 28, 2018, completed a scientific internship at the University of Warsaw.

The research internship was held at the Institute of Political Science of the University of Warsaw, under the guidance of a foreign consultant – Doctor of Political Science, Professor Andrzej Verzhbitskiy.

The theme of the thesis "Human Capital Development as a Key Priority of the State Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" is one of the most relevant for the research, since it is the effectiveness of the policy on the formation of human capital that determines the prospects for public and economic development of the state.

Within the framework of the internship, work was carried out to find and collect the necessary material in the University library, an expert survey of foreign scientists on the issue under study, and an examination of international experience in implementing human capital development programs in comparison with the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the scientific internship, recommendations were made from the scientific consultant on the research methodology, an exchange of views was held with the expert community of the Institute of Political Sciences on the main directions of searching for the most effective tools for implementing the policy for the development of human capital, allowing to create the conditions for the development of the intellectual potential of the nation at the level of the most modern requirements.
