On September 26, 2020 within the framework of pedagogical training, 2-year Doctoral students of the English group of the Political Science Department held an off-class meeting with the first-year students.
The off-class meeting was titled as "Spice and its Consequences for Life" and it was specifically organized for the first-year students in order to prevent the use and spread of drugs among young people.
The event was attended by the pedagogical training supervisor at the Political Science Department Kalenova Tengesh, the 1-year students’ academic advisor Zhuldyzai Iskakova, and other members of the department.
The meeting turned into a vivid discussion regarding both the influence of modern synthetic drugs on the human psyche and health, and the responsibility for their distribution and advertising.
