From 4 to 16 December 2017, undergraduates of the specialty «6M020500 - Political Science» Galyamova Maryam and Bekenova Anel together with a group of journalists-undergraduates underwent a research internship at the Baku State University, Azerbaijan.
The students got acquainted with the faculty, curator and master's program of the Faculty of Journalism of the Baku State University.Curator of the internship Alieva S.I. organized meetings with teachers specializing in information security issues, information manipulation processes, the influence of Internet technologies on the provision of media information, etc. We discussed a lot of interesting and topical issues, shared the vision of the Kazakhstan's situation in these areas.Thanks to this scientific foreign internship we got valuable practical material for our master's theses, got acquainted with the alternative program of studying undergraduates, the level of their educational process. Such internship is necessary for each undergraduate, both for obtaining invaluable scientific experience, and for expanding his horizons.
In addition, the scientific internship allowed to strengthen cooperation between the departments and faculties of L.N.Gumilyov ENU and Baku State University; to show the level of our education in the Master's program for Azerbaijan's students, which interested them to come to Astana, to enter our university, both for full study and for the academic mobility program.
