On November 2-3, 2018, the teacher of the Teleradio and Public Relations Department Kaldybekova Aidana took part in a two-day training seminar on the topic “Strengthening the curriculum on gender journalism” which was held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The seminar was organized by the Cluster Office of the UNESCO in Almaty and the UNESCO Chair of International Journalism and Public Media. Representatives of the Journalism faculties from 15 universities were attended in the seminar. The aim of the project is to improve the qualifications of teachers of journalism of universities in the country in the field of gender equality in the content management of the media.
