On December 6, 2019, a scientific seminar was held to consider the dissertation work of the doctoral student in 6D050200 - "Political Science" Ruban Svatoslav Igorevich on the topic "Kazakhstan and Ukraine: experience of cooperation and prospects for development."
The seminar was attended by faculty and teaching staff, leading scientists of the university, master 's students, doctoral students and students of elementary courses.
The main purpose of the seminar was to present the results of the study, as well as to demonstrate the changes made in accordance with the comments and recommendations of the reviewers, which the author received at the extended meeting of the department. The participants of the seminar heard a speech of the thesis, considered the availability of the necessary documents for submission to the dissertation council, noted that the comments made earlier were taken into account. In addition, during the discussion of the work, the thesis thoroughly answered all the questions asked.
It was noted that the development of the optimal strategy for the further development of Kazakh-Ukrainian relations is certainly relevant for both countries.
The seminar was successful and fruitful, as the applicant not only presented the results of the study, but also told about the peculiarities in the writing of the thesis, shared with the students practical recommendations for the preparation of quality work. In summing up the results, the participants noted the high scientific and theoretical level, the relevance of the problem of Kazakh-Ukrainian relations, scientific novelty, theoretical and practical importance of the results.
