On October 20, 2021, the opening ceremony of the auditorium named after public figure, scientist Naubat Kalievich Kaliev took place. It should be noted that this event is the beginning of the opening of the decade in honor of the Day of Political Scientists on November 1.
Having started the path of science at the Semipalatinsk Pedagogical Institute with a senior lecturer and enrolled in postgraduate studies at the Kazakh Pedagogical Institute, he became the head of his native department, then Naubat Kaliuly was appointed director of the Semipalatinsk Pedagogical College named after M. O. Auezov, which served as the basis for the scientist's participation in big politics, election as a deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the first convocation.
Demanding both to himself and to others, N.Kaliev in early 2000 worked as the chief expert of the information and analytical department of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the scientist spent the last years of his life as a professor of the Department of Political Science of the L.N.Gumilyov ENU, which is a fundamental educational institution of the country. Such a great experience of a scientist in politics, as well as in public service, is reflected in scientific works and serves for the benefit of the country within the framework of training qualified specialists.

The image of the famous public figure, scientist, honorary worker of education Kaliev Naubat Kalievich, who made a significant contribution to the development of parliamentarism of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as a wise and kind person, will forever remain in the memory of contemporaries, colleagues, students!
