"Electability of rural akims"

On 10/15/2021, at 19.00, a round table was held on the topic: "Electability of rural akims".

At the round table, students, undergraduates and doctoral students were asked a lot of questions about urbanization, the return relocation of the population to villages, especially after the pandemic. The problems of rural roads and drinking water were raised. Much attention was paid to highlighting the problems in connection with the mass death of livestock, with the consequences of this year's drought in the Mangystau region, as well as the relevance of solving unemployment in the regions. Inclusive education for children in rural areas, the benefits of youth employment in rural areas are far from a complete list of questions asked to the akims of rural districts and the deputy akim.

Analyzing the image event held within the framework of pedagogical practice by 2nd-year doctoral students of the specialty political science, it should be noted the main points:

- relevance and scientific nature of the chosen topic;

-comprehensive coverage of the problem under consideration;

- interest of speakers and organizers of the round table;

-accessibility and content of the presentation of the material;

- live dialogue with the audience;

-a lot of useful information for students;

- informational and cognitive value and educational significance of the event;

-the composition of participants (faculty management, faculty of the department, doctoral students of the department 1,2,3 courses, undergraduates, students and guests);

- excellent organization!

During the event, a respectful, businesslike atmosphere was created, conducive to cooperation, productive professional communication. 

Of particular note is the skill of moderators: knowledge of the topic, pedagogical tact, communication style, ability to maintain the interest and attention of participants, taking into account the composition of the audience and the ability to establish contact with it.

The educational, developmental and educational goals of the round table have been fully realized.
