On November 9, 2023, within the framework of pedagogical practice, a 2nd-year doctoral student of the Department of Political Science Yekaterina Berkutova held an open lesson in the form of a lecture on the topic “Think tanks as an actor in world politics» for 1st-year undergraduates of the specialty "Political Science". The open lesson was attended by professor Marina Onuchko.
During the open lesson, the history of the emergence of "thought factories", their typology, features of think tanks in different regions of the world, influence on decision-making, world politics are considered. The participants of the lecture were particularly interested in the topic of the development of think tanks in Kazakhstan.
