On November 4, 2022, 2nd year undergraduates of the Department of Printing and Publishing of the L. N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University Nurai Kurakpai and Janelle Nurkisheva organized a PhD, Professor S. E. Tapanova in the discipline "culture of language" for 2nd year students of the publishing group on the topic "language and style of the TV and radio genre" an open lesson was held. At the direction of the head, the undergraduates stopped not only on the style of the broadcasting language, but also on the general features of sound, frame, music, and gave specific examples.
In addition, according to the materials of the lecture, after watching today's TV channels and radio, students investigated how these requirements are met. As an example, the TV channels "First Channel Eurasia" "Kazakhstan ulttyk arnasy" "Khabar" and radio "Shalkar" were taken. The students evaluated the speech, diction, gestures of journalists and told the features characteristic of each of them.
And during the practical lesson, students were brought texts from television news, and they were able to feel like news anchors. The students were given the task to read this text in a beautiful voice and with clear diction. Then various topics were proposed, and students had to write a short text for TV, consisting of 4-5 sentences. And also with the application "Kahut" we performed a test on the topics covered and on the topic "language and style of the TV and radio genre". Students showed interest by showing maximum activity during classes. At the end of the lecture, Ph.D., Professor S. E. Stepanova expressed her warm wishes and expressed her opinion to those present at the lesson. This lecture was held at a high level.
