"Political marketing"

The Faculty of Journalism and Political Science, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Political Science Zharkenova Aigul Malikovna held an open lesson on the subject "Political Marketing" on April 19.

The subject "Political marketing" is the formation of a holistic, systematized idea of ​ ​ political marketing among students, as well as the specifics of the use of marketing tools to study political reality and its management.

The importance of the course is to demonstrate that the scope of political marketing is not limited to the electoral period and the activities of parties. Political marketing tools and technologies are in demand within the framework of the activities of government bodies, civil society organizations and in the context of international political interaction.

The main competencies for students in the subject "Political Marketing": the ability to solve political issues and formulate them, the effective use of methods of political analysis and forecasting to solve a non-standard problem; interaction with experts in other fields of education; mastering creative methods in solving political issues; ability to critically study the processes taking place in the political sphere of society.

This course will not only help to gain theoretical knowledge in the new subject area, but also help to master some professional skills related to the experience of political marketing.
