On October 24, 2022, at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the L. N.Gumilev Eurasian National University, 2nd-year undergraduate Aruzhan Alken held an open lecture lesson for 2nd-year students on the topic "Journalism of the Kingdom of Spain and the Netherlands". The lesson, which took place within the framework of pedagogical practice, was held at a high level under the guidance of Candidate of Philological Sciences, associate Professor Bolatova Gulzhauhar Zhambylovna. During the lecture, newspapers and magazines of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Teleradio, news agencies and newspapers and magazines of the Kingdom of Spain, Teleradio, the Press Council were presented and analyzed in detail.
Such pedagogical technologies as "presentation", "question-answer", "critical thinking" were used in the lesson. Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Bolotova Gulzhauhar Zhambylovna took part in the open lesson.
We started the open lesson with the first presentation on the history of journalism development in the Netherlands and Spain. The skills of informing, attracting the audience, working with various media channels were used.
The study of journalism in these countries included the study of several media, such as radio, television, print agencies or online media. Within the framework of the topic, journalism of the two countries was connected with such areas as media education, communications, sociology, psychology, economics.
At the end of the lecture, undergraduates were asked questions about how to develop journalistic skills in newspapers, television, radio, digital media, and feedback was also established. Undergraduates shared their thoughts, expressed rational opinions and suggestions.
