Implementation of organizational changes

As part of the pedagogical practice, 2nd-year undergraduate student Kali Zhansaya conducted an open lesson on the discipline «Change Management» on the topic «Implementation of organizational changes». 

The open lesson was attended by teachers of the Department of Public Relations, a supervisor and students of the 4th year of the bachelor's degree. During the open lesson, the history of the formation and development of organizational changes as an important process in the fields of marketing and management was discussed and theorized. In addition, methods and techniques for implementing organizational changes in the modern world, typical mistakes when making changes and ways to prevent them were considered. The open lesson included, along with a theoretical focus, questionnaires, logical thinking and coming up with creative ideas from the types of methodological methods. At the end of the lesson, students held a discussion in a free format and exchanged opinions within the framework of the topic.

 

The open lesson was conducted by the 2nd year undergraduate student of the educational program «Public Relations» Kali Zhansai.
