On February 20, 2023, as part of the pedagogical practice of doctoral students, an open lecture session by Abishev Gaziz on the topic "Party and political system of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on the discipline "Political system of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was held. The lesson presented the evolution of party building through the prism of Ancient, Roman, Medieval and Modern history, the theoretical characteristics of the party system. A discussion generalization of the formation of new political parties in Kazakhstan took place, which aroused the special interest of students on the eve of the upcoming March elections.
"A well–defined, crystallized position contributes to the formation, development and formation of a political party into an established and policy-determining structure, from which the nature of relations, the redistribution of roles within the party, and its stability in the political arena grow," Gaziz Abishev noted, therefore it is very important at the stage of the formation of the party, relying on the rich world experience. historical experience, which contributed to the rooting of the preserved scientific and theoretical views of scientists and thinkers, competently formulate their own civil and political position.
