Management, power and leadership

Last Thursday, April 27, there was an open lesson that touched on the topics of leadership, power, and authority, led by Zhanar Begaidarova. Each topic was assigned to a group of students who provided detailed presentations and a reinforcement game. Among those invited were Amangeldy Shurentayev, Head of the Department of Printing and Publishing; Saule Tapanova, Professor of Eurasian University; Eralina Zhanerke, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Printing and Publishing; and Makpal Yeshtanaeva, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Printing and Publishing.

The lesson began with the leadership team talking about the origins of this activity and what it has been transformed into today. A further game of kahut provided an opportunity to demonstrate their memorization skills and dexterity of thinking. The leadership team stood out for its beautiful design and succinct distribution of information, instantly giving away the essence of its theme. Their approach was distinguished by the fact that the game was aimed at one person and their honesty with themselves, namely a test of leadership qualities. Team Power, on the other hand, combined both history and an understandable amount of facts, adding the cherry on the cake with their board game in which you have to take your kingdom to victory through erudition and weighing up all the decisions.

Those invited at the end commented that it was nice to see different initiatives from everyone to present and further assimilate the knowledge gained.
