On November 20, 2023, an open lecture on the topic: «National interests and national security in the conditions of geopolitical transformations» was held at L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University for 3rd year students of the specialty «Political Science» within the framework of the pedagogical practice of undergraduates of the «Ethnopolitology» Sagidanova Zhasmin and Yakiyakyzy Damina, as well as the head of the pedagogical practice Rayhan Mukhamedzhanovna Tashtemkhanova. During the lecture, a presentation was demonstrated with classifications of types of national security, possible security threats, as well as the importance of determining the main directions and stages of the implementation of the national security strategy, reflecting national interests. In addition, within the framework of the lesson topic, debates were held, as well as a quiz game to consolidate the knowledge gained by students.
